Black Friday Madness!

I've heard about Black Friday for many years. I've always said that I want to go to one, but after seeing the madness that's happening over here in the UK with it, I don't like the idea so much any more.
People going crazy for a TV that gets some money knocked off, or games consoles for that £50 cheaper.

Why are people going crazy for it?

Why are us Brits getting sucked into so many Americanised traditions? Admittedly I've always wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving, and do many of the American "holidays" but when it all comes down to it; I like the British versions of our holidays. Although yes, we have Bank Holidays and all, but Black Friday?

Amazon, have been doing week long deals in preparation for Black Friday and I have been one of the suckers that fell for it. But I'm a student. I still have to get Christmas presents too! But I have been shopping around more than I possibly did last year.

I've already gone through the sales at Toys r us, waaay back before all of this.
I bought my Christmas wrapping paper at the 99p store.
I've stocked up on deals from Amazon.
I've even bulk bought stuff from Ebay as well!

I think most "normal" people forget their dignity when they rush into supermarkets like Tesco, and Asda, forgetting that these deals, WILL ALWAYS come back round after Christmas and in the new year as well. They always do deals throughout the year as well to get rid of stock!
But this whole violence to grab a TV or a PS4 is ridiculous. Pushing older ladies or men to grab the item they're holding is pathetic.
You wouldn't do that on a normal shopping day, so why would you do it any other day?

So please England. Pick up your dignity from the floor, and show some respect. It doesn't matter if you don't get that item for £50 cheaper. Shop around and you would anyway!
