Seventeen Collection By Boots

Lately I have been obsessing over Seventeen, a collection of cosmetics by Boots. When my MAC mascara decided that I no longer wanted to use it, I searched hi and low for something that could replace it.

With that I found Seventeen FalsifEYE HD. This mascara does exactly what it says on the tube. It maximises your lashes and gives them a false look without the glue or stickiness. I grabbed a tube in black and I ended up buying another tube so it could stay at my boyfriends house. I've never done that before with a mascara. Like, ever.
Before I bought this, I had tried various mascaras like MAC studio mascara (Cannot remember for the life of me what the full name for the mascara was, Sorry! x) and pretty much going through as many mascaras that one girl should own in her lifetime, not in a year. I was so fed up of constantly buying that when I popped into Boots, I saw that it was new in and I thought, "right, that's it. I'm trying that, and I'm going to love it." And I did. So Boots, if you're reading this, you done good.

Right now, I am undecided with eye-liner. The good things about Make Your Mark eye-liner is that it does create a gorgeous strong line. The bad news? The pen is so strong, it feels like it's scratching your eyelid while applying. I've been using the Make Your Mark for over a month now, and it still feels that way. I'm hoping if I keep using it, it will eventually go nice and soft like my previous MAC eye-liner did.

I have however, used MYM on a recent photoshoot on the models and whether it hurt them or not, they didn't say (Mwahahahahaaa!!) but I did actually manage to do some subtle lines with it, just to give the make up an added extra kick to the eyes.

(Don't worry, the images for that shoot will appear in a later blog, which I will either link back to this or add the photos in later.)
